The Wine Partners Refund Policy

At The Wine Partners, we are committed to providing our members with exclusive access to unique wine experiences and high-quality products. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to ensure a fair and transparent refund policy.

Membership Fees

Membership Joining Fees are non-refundable. Our memberships provide access to exclusive events, special pricing, and unique experiences, which cannot be reversed once granted.

Administrative Fees are paid annually to help us maintain the highest level of service. If you are not satisfied with our offerings and wish to cancel your membership, we will reimburse the remaining administrative fees on a pro-rata basis until the end of the period. However, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the fees to cover expenses and commitments made to other members. This retention will not exceed 30%. Groupage / Wine Purchases

Damaged or Defective Wines: If you receive a damaged or defective bottle, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or offer a refund based on availability.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products and purchase strategy, we do not accept returns for wines unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Experiences / Event Bookings

Cancellations by Attendees: Refunds for event tickets will be provided as follows:

100% refund for cancellations 30 days or more before the event.

No refunds for cancellations within 29 days of the event.

Cancellations by The Wine Partners: If an event is canceled by us, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Custom Winemaking Experiences

Due to the highly personalized nature of our winemaking experiences, deposits and payments made toward custom winemaking sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 30 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order or membership details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
