Engagement Rules & Code of Conduct

• Members must be in drinking legal age in their country of residence.
• Members must be end-consumers and cannot resell the wines. In the registration it is obligatory to provide a residential address. Our agreements with affiliated wineries request that we do not ship wines to commercial addresses, to resellers, merchants and wine negotiants.
• This is a private group with inner circle access. It is mandatory for Members to not disclaim publicly the prices, terms and conditions of the club and the terms of our negotiations with the wineries. Members, however, are free to post on social media about their experiences. Please tag the.wine.partners
• We reserve the right to cancel Memberships for Members who are not following this directive.
• All Members pay an annual administrative fee to keep the account active and have access to benefits. For this Season, the Silver Administrative Fee is €144/year, paid at the joining date, even if the Member has not participated in winemaking sessions.
• Administrative Fees are paid annually to help us maintain the highest level of service. If you are not satisfied with our offerings and wish to cancel your membership, we will reimburse the remaining administrative fee on a pro-rata basis until the end of the period. However, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the fees to cover expenses and commitments made to other members. This retention (processing fee) will not exceed 30% of the return amount. 
• The Wine Partners reserves the right to change the Joining Fee prices and policies and the Administrative Fee in future Seasons for new Members.
